Sojahaus Setia is a café founded by Setia Nugraha and Katharina Nugraha. This cafe gets the international media spotlight because it is the first cafe to trade tempe and tofu in Indonesian style. Setia Nugraha even produces its own tempeh and tofu which are used as the basic ingredients of the cafeteria menu.
Meanwhile soybeans used are quality soybeans that they get from German soybean suppliers. Apparently the cafe owned by Setia Nugraha and Katharina located in Nuernberg, Germany, received a positive response. In the café, Setia introduced various Indonesian vegetarian culinary such as Pecel, Sambal Goreng Tempe, Tahu and Gado-Gado.
